• A refundable registration deposit of R5 000 payable by way of EFT only.
• Fica Documents required (an ID copy & proof of residence not older than 3 months)
• Only buyers who are registered will be permitted to bid
• Assets will be sold 'as is' voetstoots
• Payment must be cleared before the auctioneer release the items/assets 
• All our auctions comply with the CPA Act 68 of 2008 which can be downloaded from our website
• A 2% cash handling fee will be charged for cash payments receipts
• Speed point also available at 5%
