This is a vintage Anchor Hocking "Bubble" pattern glass bowl in the light "Sapphire Blue" color.
The pattern is known to collectors as "Bubble," though its official name from Anchor Hocking was the No. 1600 Line.
The blue version was produced from approximately 1942 to 1948.
The bowl features a circular pattern of dots (bubbles) around a starburst center and has a rippled edge.
It is a popular example of Art Deco style depression glass.
