When artist Jean Bunting first started her career in art, the last thing she probably expected was for a little canine muse to come along and change everything

But that's exactly what happened

This lovable, irreverent character strolls carefree across Bunting's work, redefining her unique brand of fine art in the process

Stikcdog has become one of Bunting's most popular subjects

"Love him or hate him he is always there

sniffing his way into every painting"
